Guy O. Kornblum
Mr. Kornblum is Certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the prestigious National Board of Trial Advocacy, which is the national certifying entity for trial lawyers and is sponsored by the American Bar Association. Admission is for very select trial lawyers who qualify by experience, recommendations from other lawyers and judges, as well as a background check and the passage of a full day written test. He is also a Charter Fellow, The Litigation Counsel of America Trial Lawyer Honorary, a Lifetime Member of both the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and a Platinum Member of "The Verdict Club", which recognizes "the superior accomplishments of its professionals as measured by the achievement of significant settlements and verdicts". Mr. Kornblum also has been recently named a Legends Society Top Lawyer. The Legends Society is an organization of select lawyers who have been honored with membership based upon meeting or exceeding specific objective standards of experience. Mr. Kornblum has qualified as a personal injury attorney based on his record and experience as a trial lawyer. Mr. Kornblum was selected as the 2010 Best Lawyer in the San Francisco Bay Area in a poll conducted by the Nob Hill Gazette, a prominent San Francisco publication.
Mr. Kornblum is devoted to fitness, is a member of the Olympic Club of San Francisco and the Chancellor of St. Mary the Virgin Episcopal Church. He is married to Victoria and has two adult children who live in the bay area. Mr. Kornblum served 1961-1963 as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army as a counter intelligence officer.
