Earlier this year we settled a wrongful death case of an 81 year old resident at an elder care facility for $500,000.  He had a reduced life expectancy of 3+ years becauseof ill health.  Normal was 7 years.  No economic loss; just non-economic damages. Over the years we have gotten very good results in our "golden years" cases.  This is definitely a good result.  Worked with my good friend and colleague, David F.
